Tri Tiny Art is a different kind of small scale art showcase, where artists are encouraged to freely express their talents without limits to their unique process, by creating and submitting works using their own materials and methods. Tri Tiny Art focuses on works created within an 8" x 8" x 8" scale, in all mediums.
In keeping with the South Columbia Creative District's vision to illuminate creative industries, artists, and makers of Downtown Kennewick, a portion of the proceeds raised from the sale of tiny art will support: artist professional resources (such as business licenses for creatives, and development of marketing/promotional skills), and reserved funds to pay for artist services (such as the creation of public art).
All works will be displayed and sold live at the Tiny Art Garden during the SOCO Creative Arts Festival. A digital Art Preview will be available just prior to the festival. Additionally, artists may choose to be an Artist in Residence, a community meet-and-greet-the-artist time, during the live sale.
